So now back to the latest challenge and feeling torn. Old habits, bad habits and a knee jerk way of being seems to be put in the spotlight right now and its offering us a a chance to see what it is we are doing to ourselves internally. Knowing how we'd like ourselves or our life to be while putting up with or churning out an old and tired reaction is like standing with a foot in each boat and kidding ourselves that we can rebalance.
So many I have had the time to listen too (kitty on my mind) have exposed their own needs while telling me what their significant other (be they friend, lover or foe) needs to do.
“she needs to think about others!” or “he needs to grow the fuck up!” not forgetting “say it to my fucking face!” the last one did nearly make me choke cos the person in question does everything but tell the person what they think, while failing to see that others are only reflecting their own attitude back at them.
Change begins in the throat and there is a big potential shift showing up in every throat chakra I have looked at, kitty's included. The large intestine meridian is also showing that potential shift and the need to “Let it go!”.
If the throat chakra is involved you need to listen first, forget what you may think or feel others need to be doing, what have you avoided doing?
Do you need to move on? Say sorry? Grow up? Be honest? Be true to yourself and your feelings?
I have seen a lot of projection dramas unfold and I am sure if I was not so caught up in willing Daisy to get better I might have allowed myself to get caught up in a few too.
What ever it is you feel sure someone else should be doing right now to fix a situation or relationship, lead by example and do it first.
