You see I made the mistake of voting locally when I knew the central leader was showing the chakras of a puppet. I said at the time that I could not understand why Nick Clegg was in the race cos his chakras did not show leader, now that the story has unfolded it makes more sense cos he is the opposite to Cameron chakra wise so they fit together easily. Maybe that is why Clegg was chosen as leader, who knows, but one thing I do know is I should have stuck with what I know. Now the libs have joined the other 2 party's and become much of a muchness.
It is sooooooo tempting to vote Ukip just to wipe the smug smirk off the 3 amigos faces, but as the daughter of immigrants I know in my heart what that attitude and those policy's could do to human beings just trying to make a better life.
The folks told me what it was like with the "no micks, jocks or blacks signs up in the windows of potential digs when they moved to England for work. How the residents of this country piled their resentment on the then immigrants and blamed them for all they felt was wrong. I'll not be a part of that kind of attitude or support the ignorance and hate that has the potential to bring out in some.
Now if there was an anti politician party they might just get my vote because they are the real problem.
Let's not forget that whom ever gets in power they are going into an established system so no matter what they promise they have to run it by those who are really in charge and who we had no say in choosing.
But I can't waste my vote, so I'm going green, their policy on challenging fracking is what helped me decide, that and the state of their leaders chakras LOL
The whole system needs an over haul, when these MP's are local a lot of them work their butts off for their local issues, work tirelessly for good causes, but then when they get that promotion to central government something happens to them, maybe they get the stepford treatment because the party line is all that seems to be left, and who they were and what they stood for as individuals is just a distant memory.
Ok I'm back off my soap box LOL
