This is the image I get when I pick up on an unhealthy aura, ok I see this when it’s an overwhelmed aura, I see an octopus when a persons aura is overwhelming.
I believe that on an energy level we are transmitters and receivers, we continue to transmit and receive information from our surroundings whether we are consciously aware of it or not.
The more I work with energy and understand it the more aware I have become of the importance of us being as aware of what we transmit as what we receive .
It’s not just people that can overwhelm our aura, places and situations can have just as detrimental effect on us.
If you don’t believe me just pay attention to how low or drained you feel after a day shopping.
Some of us are more sensitive to the subtle changes in our mood or feelings when we visit certain places or people. For better or worse.
But since working with energy I have discovered that we are all affected.
It makes me laugh when despite the word Luna being used within descriptions of things, moods, tides being affected by the moon but we still refuse to accept that any other external energy can affect us too.
The energy around us can either bring out the best or worst in us.
We have all spent time with people who uplift us and others who drag our mood down.
Thunderstorms clear the air and we have our own little emotional thunderstorms when our system gets overloaded.
Noticing our thoughts, judgements and where we put our focus helps us to see just how dirty we have allowed ourselves to become.
When we look for the problems, faults or dramas and declare that they are being done to us without once looking in to see where we have mud in our eye.
When we take the responsibility for the part we play in any unfolding issue, we clean up our act, straight away things will begin to look better.
This may shock some cos they are sure the understanding chakras brings out the smug in me and at times it does but the greatest gift they have given me was to humble me as to my own imbalances.
Being able to see the part my own perception was playing in making things worse when I wanted to make them better.
Look around you, listen to the words being bandied about right now. Fear, guilt, blame, grief and a shed load of paranoia. It’s difficult enough for a healthy emotional immune system to cope with all those lower energies , but most of us are emotionally vulnerable in some way so more susceptible to catching a dose of lower thinking.
Right now I and a fair few of my loved ones are wearing a piece of black obsidian , because I have found it the best crystal to shield us from getting down and dirty with our thinking . The buck stops with us, we can blame the world and his wife for our life and our lot but till we keep ourselves clean and clear , we are part of the problem .
