The Chakra's are my passion !
Over the years I have found a way to recognise an imbalanced chakra and how a little shake can help to bring us back to a more balanced state.
Most of us have baggage from our past that can be triggered by external circumstances or an internal assumption based on old conditioning.
One of the most valuable lessons I have had from learning about the chakras has been to not take what others say, do or think about me as personal as I once did.
I have wasted years trying to prove to others who i really was, so much so I lost myself in the process.
I have personally experienced every imbalanced chakra at some point in my life.
Its only when i could read the chakras that I understood that we can feel totally vindicated and sure we see things as they are, but we see them as we are. I am a "cut to the chase!" kinda girl and have found that despite entire books dedicated to each chakra I like to focus on the bones of the energy feeding our reaction, assumption or attitude.
If we are not living in the moment, addressing life as it comes up, its a sure fired way of knowing at least one chakra is not as balanced as it should be.
we all know that when we injure our foot, we can end up feeling pain or discomfort elsewhere in our body due to our compensating for the original pain.
That is what happens in our chakras, just one unhappy chakra left unchecked can eventually become a shed load of emotional puss (sorry for the the picture that conjures).
I call it lancing the boil when i start working with someone interested in discovering the true state of their chakras.
I am in the process of renovating this site. I am taking my time about it and enjoying the process
